Her career journey began in hospitality marketing and then moved into corporate branding, loyalty and event partnerships.

As a partnership professional, she has worked closely with reputable brands in a multitude of industries.

Recently she has focused her energy on arts and the creative aspect of marketing.  A published author with art exhibitions in UAE, France and USA.

PROJECT DIRECTOR - LOYALTY & PARTNERSHIPS  

  • Launched the regional roll-out of the new lifestyle loyalty program in liaison with global, regional, and operational teams 

  • Produced marketing collaterals, newsletters, and handled events for internal awareness to 200+ hotels

  • Provided stakeholders with updates through presentations at global and   regional conferences, dedicated meetings, and more

  • CRM leader for loyalty; designed digital campaigns to provide visibility to loyalty brand and projects

  • Generated $3M in partner revenue and $10M in marketing dollars for digital visibility through partners such as MasterCard, Emirates Airlines, and more

  • Designed and handled exclusive VIP partner events up to 1000 guests such as ATM Party, Ed Sheeran Concert, Cirque du Soleil, CATS Musical and more

  • Increased programmatic activities by 200% and increased hotels revenue by 30% 

  • Initiated partnership marketing in Accor Middle East for increased awareness such as ME ComicCon, Color Run, Riyadh Shopping Festival, and VISA 

  • Rolled out the branded emailer tool utilized by more than 100 hotels in the region for property-specific email marketing

Pullman Hotel and Pullman Residences Dubai

CLUSTER MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER 

  • First hotel in the region to initiate an in-house email and social media marketing 

  • Launched the opening of the first Pullman residences in the world with 70% of the paid campaign spent on digital and an ROI of 1:3

  • Partnered with local art organizations for Pullman & Art Events – a program featuring artists for live presentations and exhibitions in the hotel lobby

Sofitel Abu Dhabi 

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER 

  • Initiated partnership activations such as Shop & Stay with Marina Mall, Women in Arts Exhibition with Institut Francais, and Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards which generated added revenue and 5x awareness

  • Increased the PR Coverage of the hotel by 300% 

  • Handled the post-opening of the hotel, revamped marketing collaterals and redesigned the entire content marketing materials from hotel storytelling, photoshoot, and more
